- Polished steel, coin edge bezelThe bezel is coin edged, cut in vertical ribs the whole way round, and the crown is ribbed to match it. The case is polished, the caseback matt.

- Solid, matt steel, screwed down. Engraved Lindenaer.

- Brown Italian calfskin, made by handHand cut and stitched Italian calfskin. The lugs are 20 mm, an ordinary width, so a strap is easy to come by and easy to change. There is no bracelet because this is not a sports watch.

- Serviced ST2130Seagull's build of the same 2824 workhorse, from Tianjin, where the house has made movements since 1955 and builds tourbillons of its own. Twenty-five jewels, 28,800 beats an hour, hacking seconds so it can be set to the second, and a crown you can wind by hand. Serviced and regulated here before it is cased, to within two to ten seconds a day.
